Administration/Security Training and then train staff on the same.Ensure all answer booklets are coded correctly.Work with the Student Support Coordinator to ensure all accommodations are documented and reported to the state as required. Manage an error-free and high quality test administration process at schoolReport any irregularities to the District Testing CoordinatorCoordinate test results clean-up process when results are reportedInterim/Regional Testing CoordinatorPrint bubble sheets and be the go-to person for scanning help (if not performing most of the scanning)Coordinate all MAP/SRI/STEP testingTeacher Effectiveness Program CoordinatorOngoing maintenance of accurate class rosters and student schedules to support accurate SLT data.State Data Clean-UpOngoing maintenance of accurate class rosters and student schedules to support CLASS reporting, STS reporting, and TSDL.Ensure accurate student rosters are reported to the state at 10/1, 2/1, EOY data collection windows. Drop-out clean-up (Middle and High School levels).Foundation Data Clean-UpVerification of teacher rosters including subjects taught.Coordinate HSR Survey Administration and work to ensure a high response rate. Attrition data clean-upReport Card/Progress Report CoordinationSupporting teachers in troubleshooting grade entry problemsVerifying all grades are presentPrinting and coordinating a round of error-checking of all report cardsFinalizing and distributing accurate report cardsMaintaining an archive of report cards in the students online and/or physical folderBehavior Reporting in PowerSchoolEnsuring all incidents are entered accurately into DeansList on a timely basis and without errors. Working with staff to establish a clear process for timely processing of incidents and working with school leaders or the data team to correct the problem if this is not happening. Ensuring quality daily attendance dataRunning daily reports and following up with teachers that have not entered attendance.Making sure all students are assigned to the proper homeroom and course schedule and working with staff to make sure they are notified before any potential changes.Generating letters and otherwise following protocol surrounding truancyEnsuring attendance data is accurate by ensuring 100% of teachers take attendance each day and performing occasional audits. School Level Ambassador on how to operate Data SystemsData teams ambassador to the school – the first line of support for basic questions like password resets or other simple questions for Illuminate, Qlikview, Kickboard, PowerSchool, DeansList, Illuminate, Clever, all blended learning programs, and Tableau. Ideally (but not always) the point of contact to the data team for larger issues.Attend data trainingsSupport schoolwide tracking of data related to core regional programs including Accelerated Reader, MAP results, and others programs as defined at the school level (e.g., maintaining a data bulletin board in the faculty lounge).Maintaining Student Records (enrollment records, withdrawal forms, report cards, etc.)Completing withdrawal forms for all departing students including an no-show studentsScanning and organizing COMPLETE student records in a timely manner (and ensure all documents are accurately reflected in PowerSchool)Archiving student report cardsEnrollment Process LeadE-mail all required documentation and submit discharges in SalesForce Maintain all required documentation for attempted contacts for No-Show discharges.Attend all required RSD trainings on OneApp.Ensure families have a place to enter online applications at the school during the application window.Manage enrollment process including the collection, scanning, and organizing of all required documents. Operations ActivitiesFront Office SupportCover front desk when Office Manager is away from the deskAnswer incoming phone callsRespond to in person parent requestsEnsure front office activities continue to run smoothly (sign for packages, sell uniforms, etc.)Special Event Planning & ExecutionCoordinate with School Operations Team to plan and execute school specific eventsActivities may include:Creating & distributing student, parent, and staff communicationMaking space and furniture arrangementsOrdering materials and/or refreshmentsSetting up space for the eventFood Service Roster ManagementCreate and execute procedure to correctly identify students at each meal service (breakfast, lunch, supper, snack)Communicate student Lunch IDs and procedures with staff, students and parents Observe routines at each meal service to confirm audit complianceCopier Machine Maintenance & Supply ManagementOrder copy machine materials to keep an appropriate supply on hand (toner, staples, waste toner)Observe copy machines and ensure jams are cleared in a timely fashionRequest Konica maintenance when neededTechnology Management Manage internal school IT requests before elevating to the regional team (laptops, smartboards, cell phones, etc.)Track technology owners and manage sign-out processAdditional InformationSalary for this position is competitive and
